  3. Territory: Describe the territory or geographical area within which the franchisee has the exclusive right to operate. Be clear about any restrictions or conditions regarding territorial rights.

  4. Training: The training program that franchisees must complete before opening their restaurant.

  5. Support: There will be ongoing support and assistance the franchisor will provide to franchisees, including marketing support, operational guidance, and regular check-ins.

  6. Suppliers and Inventory: There will be approved suppliers and the process for ordering and managing inventory. Ensure consistency in product quality across all franchise locations.
